n444 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to n444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the n444 platform, including all games, promotions, payment facilities and support services available at n444.click (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by n444 and is intended for use by players located in Pakistan.

By completing the registration process on n444, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing any section of the Platform, you confirm that you are accepting these Terms in full. This creates a binding legal agreement between you and n444. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the n444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and n444. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence.

n444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use an n444 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the use of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. n444 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. Age is verified during the withdrawal process at minimum, and n444 may request age verification documentation at any stage.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on n444.
• You must be accessing the Platform from within Pakistan or be a Pakistani national accessing from abroad, where no local law prohibits you from using online gaming services.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion from n444 or any related platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an n444 employee, in relation to wagering activities.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on n444. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers but belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If n444 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

When registering your n444 account, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n444 account login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your account access with any other person. n444 accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• All activity that takes place through your account — whether or not you personally initiated it — is your responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n444 support immediately at support@n444.click.
• n444 will never contact you asking for your password. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent the platform.

n444 may require identity verification (CNIC number, mobile number confirmation, or other documentation) at any stage, including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide required verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

n444 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on n444 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for card payments.
• All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• n444 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider's standard transfer charges may apply independently.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your n444 balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the stated processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal on n444 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank and card methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account used for the corresponding deposit, where possible. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised fund transfers.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• n444 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side. Your receiving bank or mobile wallet may apply their own charges.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–3 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash, 2–5 hours for NayaPay and SadaPay, 4–24 hours for IBFT, and 1–3 business days for Visa/Mastercard.
• VIP Gold and Platinum members are processed through a priority queue, which typically reduces withdrawal time significantly.
• If an active bonus with a wagering requirement is applied to your account, the bonus portion of your balance is not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable.

5Bonuses and Promotions

n444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards and tournament prizes. Every promotion on n444 is subject to specific terms that are stated at the point of claiming. Players are responsible for reading those specific terms before accepting a bonus.

General Bonus Rules Applicable to All n444 Promotions

• Each bonus is available once per player per promotion period unless stated otherwise. One bonus per household, device and IP address applies.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement on n444 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may have different multipliers, which are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Uncompleted wagers after the expiry period result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
• Certain game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Typically, Ludo and Andar Bahar contribute 100%, while Aviator and Virtual Sports may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• n444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through by eligible players at the time of modification.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, withdrawn as cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• If n444 determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated play, pattern wagering designed to circumvent requirements, or use of duplicate accounts — the platform reserves the right to remove the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the account.

6Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on n444 — including Ludo, Andar Bahar, Aviator, Virtual Sports and any future additions — are governed by these general gaming rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game interface.

• All digital games on n444 use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG outputs are audited and certified to ensure genuine randomness. No outcome is predetermined or manipulable by any party.
• Live Dealer games use real cards dealt on camera in real time. The dealing process is governed by standardised rules and is not influenced by platform software beyond game logic.
• The results of all completed games are final. Once a game round is resolved, the outcome cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction. n444 does not reverse game outcomes based on player preference or disagreement with the result.
• In the event of a genuine and documented technical error affecting a game outcome, n444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant wager to the player's balance.
• Disconnection during a live game — whether in Ludo, Andar Bahar or any other mode — is governed by the specific game's disconnection policy. Reconnect windows apply where technically available. n444 is not liable for losses attributable to network issues on the player's side.
• Bets placed using bonus funds contribute towards wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Wagers must be genuine gameplay — automated or scripted wagering is prohibited.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on n444. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on n444, whether using your own details or the details of another person.
• Using another person's payment account, identity, or personal information to register or operate an n444 account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers, interact with games, or otherwise operate an account without genuine human participation.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a technical issue are required to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode — including Ludo multiplayer rooms and Andar Bahar — to manipulate outcomes or unfairly advantage one account.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinating with others to wager bonuses against each other, or using systematic staking patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Depositing funds on n444 for any purpose other than genuine gaming — including money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access any n444 system, account, database or infrastructure beyond your own account interface.
• Using offensive, threatening or abusive language towards n444 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8Responsible Gaming

n444 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is fair, enjoyable and safe. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. The following tools and policies apply to all n444 accounts.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set a notification that triggers after a defined period of continuous play. This reminder is intended to prompt reflection on playing habits without forcing a session to end.

9Intellectual Property

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any n444 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the n444 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or representation of the platform without written authorisation.
• Accessing or attempting to extract source code, game algorithms, RNG logic, or any proprietary software from the n444 Platform is strictly prohibited.
• User-generated content submitted to n444 — including support messages and any forum or community contributions — grants n444 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for operational and marketing purposes.

10Privacy and Data Protection

n444 collects and processes personal data from players as part of providing its services. The categories of data collected include registration information, payment details (in anonymised form), gaming activity, device information, and communications with support.

• n444 does not sell player personal data to third-party marketing companies.
• Payment credentials are never stored in plain text. All financial data is handled using encrypted connections and secure storage standards.
• Player data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where legally required or operationally necessary.
• Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them and to request correction of inaccurate data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

11Limitation of Liability

n444 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times.

• n444 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures on the player's device or network, or circumstances beyond n444's reasonable control.
• n444 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses that arise from the use of or inability to use the Platform, beyond the return of the relevant wager in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• n444's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's n444 account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Players use the n444 Platform voluntarily and accept that gambling involves risk. n444 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the Platform, other than in cases of verified technical error affecting game outcomes.

12Account Suspension and Closure

n444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or abuse of the Platform's systems or promotions.
• Receipt of a legally valid order from a competent authority requiring account restriction.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (such as the player's own request or inactivity), the available balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Where an account is closed due to a breach, n444 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Any funds that cannot lawfully be retained will be returned following the conclusion of the investigation.

13Amendments to These Terms

n444 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, n444 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the contact information registered with their account.

Your continued use of the n444 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

n444 also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any game, feature, payment method or promotion available on the Platform at any time, subject to completing any in-progress obligations to players at the time of the change.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players based in Pakistan are responsible for ensuring that their use of the n444 Platform complies with any local laws or regulations applicable to them.

In the event of a dispute between a player and n444, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: All disputes should first be raised with the n444 customer support team at support@n444.click. Provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting information. The team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the n444 complaints handling process by marking your email as "Formal Complaint." This triggers a senior review with a response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Final Decision: Following the escalation review, n444 will issue a final written decision. This constitutes the platform's final position on the dispute.

n444 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. We do not seek to profit from unresolved complaints and will correct genuine errors in our favour or a player's favour without resistance where the evidence is clear.
